At the 53rd China Beijing International Gifts, Premium & Houseware Exhibition (Beijing Huabo Expo), held from March 26 to 28, 2026, ASNY Craft Factory made its appearance at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall). As a long-term exhibitor, our consistent participation over the years has become an important way to build trust with industry partners. This is not just a showcase, but a reflection of long-term commitment that we attend every year, bringing real products and solid manufacturing capabilities to communicate directly with the market.
Amid pressure in the global trade environment and increasingly cautious end-market consumption, expectations for exhibition participation across the industry have become more conservative. In this context, ASNY continues to maintain a stable exhibition presence, using real products and proven craftsmanship to sustain face-to-face communication and connection with clients.
At this exhibition, we once again focused on “products themselves,” presenting our comprehensive strength in badges, keychains, souvenirs, and metal gifts through a wide production range, diverse craftsmanship techniques, mature manufacturing systems, and customized cases serving global markets.
Extensive Custom Keychain Display Covering Multiple Applications and Complex Craftsmanship
One entire wall of the booth featured a structured display of keychains arranged in 6 rows and 13 columns, visually demonstrating ASNY’s broad applications and mature expertise in custom keychain production. Each piece originated from real client orders, covering decorative accessories, museum and gallery merchandise, promotional giveaways, theme park souvenirs, and corporate event memorabilia.
In terms of materials and structure, the display included soft PVC flat keychains, high-relief 3D PVC designs, single-sided and double-sided structures, enamel keychains, cut-out designs, ultra-thin constructions, combined structures, rotating designs, and multi-color complex finishes. This centralized presentation not only highlights product diversity but also clearly demonstrates the factory’s maturity and stability in structural design and craftsmanship execution.
Magnetic Display System Innovation Highlights Multi-Functional Badge Applications
Another wall featured a magnetic display board system, replacing traditional butterfly clutch pin backs with magnetic attachments. This allows badges to transform into magnetic products (commonly used as fridge magnets) while maintaining their original design. The system improves display density, ease of handling, and overall exhibition efficiency, while also showcasing the structural flexibility of badge products.

By changing back attachments, flat badges can be adapted for multiple uses. Traditional pin backs remain suitable for classic wearing, while magnetic backing enables “no-damage, no-piercing” attachment—especially popular in Middle Eastern markets for lightweight fabrics. Further extensions include converting badges into phone stickers or electronic device decorations using 3M adhesive. At the booth, products were displayed on various phone cases to demonstrate real-life applications.

In the phone sticker category, ASNY currently holds over 4,000 original designs across more than 100 categories, forming a mature and continuously updated product system. At this exhibition, we highlighted two main themes: “English quote series” and “desert animal series,” reflecting both detailed cultural expression and long-term understanding of regional aesthetic preferences. Based on these designs, we have established a ready-stock system that supports fast wholesale and flexible replenishment, reducing lead times while maintaining competitive pricing, helping clients improve turnover and sales efficiency.

Additionally, these products can be further adapted structurally. By adding a full magnetic backing, they can be converted into fridge magnets (typically with larger sizes for better decorative effect), expanding their application from personal electronics to home décor and increasing their commercial value.

Series Collections and High-Fidelity Products Demonstrate Complex Craftsmanship and Design Execution
Several framed displays showcased representative series and complex craftsmanship projects.
One series was developed for European football leagues, featuring players, club logos, and mascots. These products mainly use enamel techniques for creative interpretation—simplifying lines, dividing color blocks, and restructuring layers to adapt player images into badge-friendly visuals while maintaining recognizable features. This approach enhances craftsmanship expression while ensuring clarity and recognition on small-scale products, demonstrating our ability in translating complex character designs into manufacturable products.
Another series was created for American art galleries, transforming artworks from their collections into enamel badges. These products emphasize both visual reproduction and artistic atmosphere, delivering collectible value through metal craftsmanship.
The Middle Eastern themed badge series presents a completely different cultural direction, combining religious symbols, traditional patterns, and geometric elements. The color palette features gold, deep blue, and ruby red—strong regional identifiers. This series highlights printed badge techniques, enabling high-resolution image reproduction and gradient effects, especially suitable for designs that cannot be fully achieved with Pantone colors. It offers clear advantages in projects requiring high color accuracy.

Aviation Badges and Military Medals Showcase High Relief Structures and Precision Craft Standards
Among badge categories, aviation-themed products remain a key focus for ASNY. The exhibition featured pilot wing badges developed for aviation exhibitions, crew uniforms, airline merchandise, and frequent flyer souvenirs. These products typically adopt high-relief structures with rich surface layers and textures. Electroplating enhances metallic shine, enamel adds color depth, and printing provides detailed logos or supplementary elements, achieving both tactile and visual authenticity.
We also displayed military medals produced for Eastern European countries. These products feature stronger dimensional structures and thicker builds, emphasizing layered relief effects and central symbolic elements. Through multi-layer die stamping and fine polishing, the medals achieve a solemn visual appearance along with substantial weight and texture, aligning with their commemorative and honor-related significance.

15 Years of Quality Validation: Disney Classic Series Demonstrates Long-Term Stability
A special highlight of this exhibition was a series of badges produced 15 years ago for Disney, featuring classic world paintings integrated with Disney characters, such as a Mickey Mouse version of the Mona Lisa and a Donald Duck version of Napoleon Crossing the Alps. These products attracted significant attention, and many visitors were surprised to learn they were manufactured over a decade ago after closely examining their quality.
This “time-tested sample” demonstrates that ASNY has prioritized quality and craftsmanship stability since its early stages. As an authorized Disney manufacturer (ID: FAC-031610), we have established strict production standards and quality control systems through long-term cooperation. Our role extends beyond manufacturing—we transform creative concepts into tangible products through process selection, structural execution, and detail control, ensuring accurate realization of designs. This is why these products maintain excellent condition even after many years.
Innovative Structural Badges and Custom Packaging for High-End Customization
Some badges with special structures were displayed independently, including a Chinese dragon enamel badge developed for a TV station’s Spring Festival event. By combining a circular base with a raised dragon element, the product achieves both visual layering and cultural expression.

We also showcased rotating, sliding, and assembled badges. These assembled badges are designed as a whole and then divided into parts for precision assembly, resulting in seamless final products with extremely high production accuracy requirements. Such products are often paired with custom gift boxes for premium commemorative or gifting purposes.
Full-Category Metal Craft Expansion for One-Stop Custom Manufacturing
In addition to badges and keychains, the booth also displayed commemorative coins, medals, trophies, paperweights, and zinc alloy fashion accessories and jewelry, further demonstrating ASNY’s extensive coverage in metal craftsmanship.
Notably, this year marked the first display of zinc alloy functional tools such as gua sha tools and massage bars, highlighting the factory’s expansion into functional product categories. These products require higher standards in structural design and ergonomics, opening new directions for future product development.
