What is the design and ordering process?

Our design and ordering process is designed to be very simple and easy:

Initial consultation: You can provide your customization requirements and design ideas via email, fill out the online quote form, or live chat. We also highly welcome phone communication.

Design creation: Your design ideas will be handled by our professional graphic designers, who will create a digital product rendering (usually when you do not have a specific design or physical sample) or a product design drawing (i.e., "production standard") based on your requirements, and send it to you via email for review. At the same time, we will provide a detailed quote, which varies depending on design complexity, order quantity, and product size.

Revision and confirmation: If the product design drawing meets your expectations at once (we strive to achieve this), you can place an order. If adjustments are needed, our design team will make unlimited revisions until it fully meets your expectations, without any extra charges or ordering obligations.

Receiving a physical sample: You will receive a physical sample. For the physical sample, you can agree or request any modifications!

Receiving all products (bulk goods): The bulk goods are usually completed and shipped out about 10 days after you confirm the physical sample.
