Can I see multiple variants of the same design and choose my favorite?
Yes. If you only have preliminary inspiration without a specific design, ASNY's design team is happy to provide product renderings based on your requirements to help you spark inspiration or clarify your preferred style. For existing specific designs or samples, if you wish to explore different color or electroplating options, you just need to specify your specific requirements when placing an order or through email. Our professional designers will present various variants for you to choose from. Since color or electroplating options do not require a new mold, you can split your order into different colors or electroplating changes without any extra charges.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before confirming the physical sample and/or starting bulk production, at which point we will refund the full amount to your account. Please note that we will not begin the bulk production process until you confirm the final physical sample. Once you approve the sample and production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Can I follow the production process?
Yes. You are welcome to inquire about the production status of your order at any time. Our sales staff are very happy to provide you with photos of the production process and finished products.
Can I communicate by phone?
Yes. We offer telephone communication services, and you can contact us at +86-0769-2271-9048. However, to ensure efficient order processing and communication records, we recommend that you primarily contact our team via email at fawang@asnypin.com.

ShiMei Village, WanJiang District, DongGuan, GuangDong, China 523000. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory in person! ASNY Craft Factory specializes in producing a variety of metal and soft PVC promotional gifts, souvenirs, and crafts. Our products cover a wide range, meeting the diverse market demands.
Have ASNY's products passed any safety tests?
Absolutely. We are committed to producing all products with environmentally friendly materials, and all our products have passed the safety tests of authoritative organizations such as SGS. Our production facilities have also successfully passed the rigorous audits of Disney and Walmart, becoming their officially authorized manufacturer.
What is the design and ordering process?
Our design and ordering process is designed to be very simple and easy:
Initial consultation: You can provide your customization requirements and design ideas via email, fill out the online quote form, or live chat. We also highly welcome phone communication.
Design creation: Your design ideas will be handled by our professional graphic designers, who will create a digital product rendering (usually when you do not have a specific design or physical sample) or a product design drawing (i.e., "production standard") based on your requirements, and send it to you via email for review. At the same time, we will provide a detailed quote, which varies depending on design complexity, order quantity, and product size.
Revision and confirmation: If the product design drawing meets your expectations at once (we strive to achieve this), you can place an order. If adjustments are needed, our design team will make unlimited revisions until it fully meets your expectations, without any extra charges or ordering obligations.
Receiving a physical sample: You will receive a physical sample. For the physical sample, you can agree or request any modifications!
Receiving all products (bulk goods): The bulk goods are usually completed and shipped out about 10 days after you confirm the physical sample.
What is the minimum custom, order, or purchase quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. As the order quantity increases, the unit price will gradually decrease, and large orders can enjoy mold fee waivers and more favorable prices.
What is the price of a single product?
Prices vary depending on the order quantity, design complexity, etc. For special needs, even if the quantity is less than 100 pieces, we can customize samples for you, but the price will be calculated based on 100 pieces.
Can I enjoy bulk ordering benefits with different designs?
Due to the fixed costs of custom products, our pricing is calculated based on design. Different designs are treated as separate orders, but variations in color or electroplating of the same design can be treated as one order.
Can I see design proofs, agreements, or contracts before placing an order?
Yes. After placing an order, we will provide a digital design proof for your review. You can cancel the order at any time before the sample confirmation and/or bulk production begins, and enjoy a full refund. Our design team will make any adjustments to the product design according to your requirements.
Which colors can I choose from?
We use the Coated Pantone color system to define product colors, so please refer to the PMS color chart. If the color format you provide is different, we will try to find the closest substitute color. However, please note that there is no perfect 1:1 correspondence between different color systems. If you have very strict color requirements, we strongly recommend choosing colors from our PMS chart.
Can the products have a gradient color effect?
Yes. Please note that the gradient effect can only be achieved through offset printing and silk screen printing technologies, and is not applicable to enamel, imitation enamel, and embossed soft enamel products.

Can my logo or design be used on the products?
Yes. We can apply any logo or design to our products. For enamel, imitation enamel, and embossed soft enamel products, there are specific design and production considerations. Is there a charge for design services?
All design services we provide (product renderings, product vector graphics, product specification drawings, etc.) are free of charge.
How will my design be used?
We will only use your design with your explicit authorization. Other than producing the products you order, we will not use your design in any other way. We will archive your design or physical sample for your future reordering use only.
If I provide a physical sample, can ASNY replicate or produce it?
Providing a physical sample greatly helps us match your design as closely as possible. Please understand that we need to create new molds and cannot guarantee a 100% match with previous products. Based on our extensive production experience, the products we have successfully replicated have satisfied the vast majority of our customers.
Can the products be cut or punched?
Yes. ASNY Craft Factory employs advanced die stamping technology, which can easily achieve the external shape cutting and creation of a few internal holes in products. What is ASNY's refund policy?
If a customer cancels the order at any time before the physical sample is confirmed, and payment has already been made, we will process a refund. All other sales are final. If you receive a physical sample that in some way does not match the approved design, please send us pictures of the product and a detailed description of the issue, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?

Given that our orders are fully customized, returns for reasons other than quality issues are not accepted.
Can I request a refund if the goods arrive later than expected?
When accepting orders, the ASNY team already accounts for possible courier delays or customs hold-ups to ensure there is enough time buffer. Delays caused by third-party transportation service providers (such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) are not applicable for the return policy.
What should I do if the quantity of products I received is incorrect?

What is Photodome?
Photodome is a special process widely used in printed pins, coins, keychains, etc. This technique involves adding a layer of epoxy resin over the printed design, giving the product a distinctive "dome" appearance and texture.
What are the differences between color printing, color paste, and essential oils?
Color printing, color paste, and essential oils are all techniques used in the surface coloring of metal products, each serving specific purposes and achieving distinct effects:
Color Printing: This refers to techniques like offset printing, silk screen printing, and UV printing, which are used to achieve precise graphics and color effects on metal surfaces. These methods are typically employed for specific areas of metal products where main coloring techniques like embossed soft enamel or limitation hard enamel cannot fulfill the requirements for precise patterns or color gradients. For example, badges may use color printing to achieve photographic-quality images or precise color transitions in specific areas.
Color Paste: While not a mainstream choice in modern metal craftsmanship, color paste plays a unique role where vivid or strong coverage is needed on small areas. Its use is mainly concentrated in handcrafting or restoration processes where it can enhance or strengthen original colors, especially valuable in detailing.
Essential Oils: In the treatment of metal surfaces, essential oils are primarily used as color stabilizers. They are added to electroplating, paint, or ink to form a protective film that prevents color fading and wear, thus prolonging the aesthetic and durability of the product. Essential oils are not only protective but are also selected with environmental and health considerations in mind, ensuring long-lasting protection while complying with environmental standards.
What is the difference between die-struck and die-cut?
Die-struck is a process for creating custom designs by creating a unique mold and pressing the design into metal, producing pins, coins, keychains, and other products. Die-cut, on the other hand, is the ability to customize the shape according to the design, ensuring the product shape perfectly matches the design.
What is the difference between engraved lettering that is recessed (below the metal surface) and raised (above the metal surface)?
In the process of engraving on the back, recessed and raised lettering each have their unique applications and effects.
Recessed engraving involves a technique where design elements are molded into the metal surface, creating a smooth and layered visual effect. This method is suitable for metal products requiring durability and even visual details, such as medals and high-end commemorative items. It also provides a more stable placement due to the smooth back, reducing wobbling.
Raised lettering, by contrast, is achieved by creating a raised part in the mold, forming three-dimensional patterns and text. This technique not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides a unique tactile experience, particularly suitable for applications where branding or information needs to stand out, like corporate gifts and iconic trophies.
How does laser engraving differ from metal engraving that is recessed or raised?
Laser processing is an additional technique applied post-production that utilizes high-precision laser technology to etch fine patterns or text onto metal surfaces. This method is not only suitable for metals but can also be used on various other materials, including PVC. A significant feature of laser processing is its ability to perform sequential numbering and customize unique content on the backs of individual products, making each item distinct. This is especially beneficial for products requiring serial numbers or personalized customization. In contrast, metal embossing or debossing involves creating raised or recessed letters during the manufacturing process using molds, which is particularly suited for applications requiring a prominent three-dimensional effect and consistency in back design.
How durable are ASNY's products?
Our custom metal products are made with high-grade, jewelry-quality metal materials, ensuring their exceptional durability. However, they may not be entirely suitable for continuous outdoor use. If products are exposed to outdoor conditions for extended periods (such as several years), we cannot guarantee that embossed soft enamel, imitation enamel, and epoxy resin won't fade.
What's the difference between black nickel plating and black plating?
Dyed metal finishes (plating) offer a variety of choices for artwork. By dyeing the metal, we not only simplify the number of colors and cavities required to complete the artwork but also create a true black effect on the metal surface.
However, due to the limitations of the polishing process, enamel cannot use flat black or other dyed metal options. Thus, if customers wish to use a black metal effect in enamel, it can only be achieved through a black nickel plating.
It's worth noting that the term "black nickel" might cause some confusion. Depending on the angle, it sometimes appears as true shiny black and sometimes more silver-gray. However, with the right artistic design, black nickel hard enamel works can exhibit stunning beauty.
Is sequential numbering available for products?
Yes. ASNY can perform laser etching or engraving of sequential numbers on the back of custom metal products. Please note, this service incurs an additional fee. Additionally, if you wish for accessories, paper cards, or packaging materials to also adopt the same numbering method, we can accommodate this as well. We invite you to clearly articulate this request during the ordering process so that we can accurately implement this feature in the final design.
Which material should I choose for my design: iron, zinc alloy, or copper?
Choosing the right material depends on the complexity of your product design, your budget, and the desired physical properties. Iron is a cost-effective material typically used with die stamping to create basic metal products. It can be enhanced with soft enamel or imitation hard enamel for improved appearance and corrosion resistance.
Zinc alloy is moderately priced but highly pliable, suitable for die casted processes for products requiring complex designs, inner holes, irregular shapes, and more three-dimensional effects. Zinc alloy excels in casting, perfect for intricate detail work, and produces high mechanical strength finishes. It also supports various surface treatments, including soft enamel or imitation hard enamel.
Copper, while more expensive, can accommodate more complex designs and is usually left in its natural color to showcase its classic beauty.
The choice of material will impact the functionality and market appeal of your product.
Can products achieve a gradient color effect?
Yes. ASNY’s products can achieve gradient colors through UV printing, offset printing, and silk screen printing processes. It's important to note that for enamel and embossed soft enamel products, each color needs to be placed in a separate cavity of the design. Thus, enamel, imitation enamel, and embossed soft enamel styles cannot achieve gradient effects.
What is the difference between offset printing and silk screen printing?
Offset printing is ideal for designs requiring precise lines and rich layering, especially suited for oil painting or photographic images. It employs a 4-color or 7-color CMYK mixing technique to create smooth gradients with indistinguishable colors. This printing method achieves high-quality image reproduction on metal surfaces.
Conversely, silk screen printing is the preferred method for creating multilayered, multicolored patterns, with each color applied independently. It is particularly suited for detailed and vibrant designs and can display various colors without metallic line separation on multiple materials.
Both offset printing and silk screen printing can incorporate a protective synthetic resin (AP) to enhance the surface smoothness and durability of the product.
What are the differences between 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 color changing printing?
Both 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 color changing printing techniques enhance dynamic visual effects by adding a special color-changing print film to a metal base created through processes like die stamping, die casting, or photo etching. The base can be designed with or without edges to either frame the print film for added protection and aesthetics or allow for a more natural transition of images. These technologies make it possible for the product to display different patterns or colors under varying viewing conditions, adding interactivity and visual appeal.
2-in-1 Color Changing Printing: This technique allows for the display of two different images or color variations at two distinct viewing angles. It's typically used to show two different images or color changes, such as a character in different poses or a logo that changes colors under different lighting conditions.
3-in-1 Color Changing Printing: This more complex method permits visual effects to change at three different angles, offering a richer visual experience. It is ideal for scenarios that require complex interactions and display effects from multiple angles, such as displaying three different colors or patterns.
What are the differences between hard enamel (cloisonne), imitation hard enamel (soft cloisonne), and embossed soft enamel styles?
Hard enamel (cloisonne), imitation hard enamel (soft cloisonne), and embossed soft enamel differ mainly in surface treatment techniques, appearance, and manufacturing processes, each with unique features and uses.
Hard Enamel (Cloisonne): Traditional enamel, commonly referred to as hard enamel, features intricate metal lines that outline the pattern, filled with high-quality enamel materials like cloisonné and fired at temperatures above 800 degrees Celsius to create a smooth surface. Each enamel piece is meticulously polished and plated post-firing, enhancing its durability and showcasing a variety of metallic lusters. The vibrant colors and high artistic collectible value of enamel badges make them suitable for high-end gifts.
Imitation Hard Enamel (Soft Cloisonne): Imitation enamel, also known as soft cloisonne, uses resin or polymers as fill materials and copper or zinc alloy as the base. Precision molds cut the design pattern, and metal lines separate the different pigment areas. The pigment fill area, slightly recessed below the metal edges, retains more texture and depth. During color processing, pigments mixed with a hardener are injected within these metal confines and cured at high temperatures. Unlike hard enamel, products made with this technique usually do not undergo polishing, making imitation enamel products popular for their vibrant colors, clear boundaries, and detailed designs at a lower cost.
Embossed Soft Enamel: Embossed soft enamel products utilize a distinct process where one or multiple layers of special paint are applied to the metal surface and then cured at high temperatures. This technique results in a smooth surface, uniform color, and stronger line definition, providing excellent visual effects and a good gloss. Due to its efficiency and low cost, embossed soft enamel is ideal for large-scale production and commonly used for corporate promotions and event memorabilia.
In summary, enamel products stand out for their high-quality feel and artistic value, suitable for premium gifts; imitation enamel products are favored for their cost-effectiveness and detailed presentation; while embossed soft enamel products are the ideal choice for large-scale applications due to their high production efficiency and excellent visual effects. Each technology has its unique advantages to meet different needs and occasions.
Is glitter enamel an option?
Yes. ASNY indeed offers glitter enamel at no additional cost. We warmly invite you to specify this request when placing your order, or during the product proofing stage via email. Please note, glitter enamel is suitable for imitation enamel and enamel products, but for the best effect, we recommend applying it to imitation enamel products. The polishing process of enamel may reduce its glittering effect.
Is there a glow effect available for dark enamel?
Yes. ASNY does offer this additional charge service. However, we do not specifically recommend using the glow effect with dark enamel, as its luminosity may not be as bright as expected. Nonetheless, this option does indeed provide a subtle glow effect.
