In August 2024, ASNY Craft Factory donated 2,000 custom-designed commemorative badges to Anqing Normal University to support its 2024 Alumni Homecoming Day. These badges, featuring elements inspired by the university's anniversary theme, boast exquisite designs and profound symbolism. The front of the donated badge features the iconic architecture of Anqing Normal University as its central design element. The detailed illustration of the university’s classic building is set against a vibrant red background with gold outlines, highlighting the institution’s long-standing history and cultural heritage. Surrounding the central image are the university’s name, "Anqing Normal University," and the founding year, "1897," creating a dignified and elegant design that reflects the school’s rich legacy.
The back of the badge is designed as a timeline, showcasing the key milestones in the university’s development since its founding as "Jing’Fu Academy" in 1897. It includes significant historical events, such as its renaming to "Anqing University Hall" in 1902, its designation as "National Anhui University" in 1946, and its official renaming to "Anqing Normal University" in 2016. Each milestone is clearly marked, accompanied by the university’s motto, "Jing Fu, Shi Fan, Qin Xue, Du Xing" (Persevere in Learning, Strive for Excellence), symbolizing the institution’s century-long legacy of educational progress. This thoughtful design not only honors the university’s historical journey but also embodies the deep respect and affection alumni hold for their alma mater.
